─ 01. General Terms

1.1. I may post commissioned work on my social media unless privacy is requested (a fee may apply). Private details will be replaced with fictional ones.
1.2. I may reuse rejected sketches/ideas or designs for other commissions or personal works.
1.3. I reserve the right to decline any commission.
1.4. Rush commissions cost an additional 50%-100%.
1.5. Wait-listed clients are charged the same rate as prior to any adjustments in pricing.

─ 02. Usage

2.1. Personal Use : You may repost with credit and use for personal purposes (icons, wallpapers, etc.) in non-commercial formats.
2.2. Streaming Use (illustrations only) + 50% :You may use the artwork for paid ads and digital platforms (e.g., Twitch, YouTube) with credit.
2.3. Commercial Use +100% : You can edit, sell, or advertise the artwork freely with credit

─ 03. Payment

3.1. Invoices are sent before work begins, except for VGen commissions.
3.2. Prices are in Euros. Please check your currency conversion beforehand.
3.3. Payments are accepted via PayPal or Stripe and must be made before work starts.
3.4. Payment plans: Full, half-upfront/half-after, or 3 installments for commissions exceeding €500.
3.5. Edits after final delivery will incur extra fees.

─ 04. Refunds & Cancellation

4.1. Full refund for cancellations before work begins.
4.2. Partial refund (20%-75%) for cancellations during progress, based on the work stage.
4.3. No refund for cancellations at the final stage.
4.4. If for any unjustifiable reasons I cannot complete the work, partial refund (50%-75%) and full rights to the unfinished piece.
4.5. Non-communication for 30 days during work is treated as a cancellation, partial refund (20%-75%). The unfinished piece will be delivered to the client.
4.6. Non-payment + non-communication for 30 days after completion forfeits all client rights to the work, allowing me full ownership. I may modify, resell, or dispose of the piece. (OCs will be altered.)
